In the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, Khatoco leaders closely and promptly directed measures to prevent and control the epidemic to ensure safety for employees and stabilize production and business.
In 2021, the corporation had many solutions to take care of living of employees affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. The corporation supported 1.5 billion VND for employees of Long Phu Tourist Joint Stock Company. The corporation’s trade union gave gifts to employees affected by the epidemic; supported 65 million VND for 130 difficult workers, 195 million VND for 31 employees whose houses were damaged by natural disasters, 110 million VND for 6 employees suffering from serious diseases.
In 2021, Khatoco had 1 collective and 4 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Prime Minister for their achievements in work, 1 collective and 2 individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; 5 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
According to Phan Quang Huy - Deputy General Director of Khanh Viet Corporation, in 2021, Khatoco basically completed the targets with 6,813 billion VND in revenue, equaling 100% of the same period and reaching 95% of the target; 271 billion VND in pre-tax profit, equaling 91% of the same period and reaching 102% of the target; 36.6 million USD in export turnover, equaling 85% of the same period and reaching 86% of the target; 2,622 billion VND delivered the State budget.
Khatoco continued social and charity activities with total donation of nearly 2 billion VND. Khatoco donated 1 billion VND to the Vaccine Fund and 100 million VND to the epidemic prevention relief fund in order to join hands with the whole country to soon control the epidemic. Besides, Khatoco supported the charity kitchen at the provincial General Hospital; gave Tet gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the province; built 2 houses for poor households in Ninh Hoa and Van Ninh; gave scholarships for new students with difficult circumstances; supported 5,000 notebooks for students in the flood areas of Phu Yen…
