According to a report by the Department of Planning and Investment, the Prime Minister assigned the 2022 public investment capital plan to the province with more than 3,569 billion VND and nearly 203 billion VND to implement the national target programs. The provincial People's Committee has allocated a capital plan of nearly 3,520 billion VND. As of July 31, the disbursement rate reached 30.4% of the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister, and 32.5% of the actual capital plan assigned by the provincial People's Committee.

The 9-month disbursement rate is at least 65% and the full-year disbursement rate is from 95 to 100%. During the implementation of the project, in case of encountering difficulties or problems, the investors should promptly report them to the provincial People's Committee for consideration and settlement.
At the recent conference on the implementation of the disbursement progress of the public investment capital plan for the first 6 months of 2022, Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested: Investors have to make more efforts in disbursing public investment capital. From 2023, there will be a huge capital source from the specific mechanism, so from this year, the departments, branches and localities must be responsible before the Provincial People's Committee for the results of disbursement of public investment capital; problems should be reported immediately so that the province can have a solution. All educational works must be completed soon to serve the new school year; medical works will be completed by the end of the year. As for the projects in Cam Lam, except the projects that are hindered by planning, the remaining projects will continue to be completed, speeding up the implementation schedule before the rainy and stormy season. For the unit that is slow in construction will be considered not to be included in the bidding of other projects. In 2021, Khanh Hoa is in the top of provinces with the highest disbursement rate in the country; therefore, in 2022, the province also strives to be in the top 10 units and localities with high disbursement rate.
