At the conference, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company signed a contract with 5 secondary investors, leasing 18.2 hectares of land to build factories and enterprises. Also on the same day, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company also started construction of the canteen of Song Cau Industrial Cluster, with a total investment of more than 9 billion VND and the bird nest material processing factory of Khanh Hoa Salangane Nest Beverage Joint Stock Company with an area of 25,866m2 to be invested more than 200 billion VND.

Currently, the average land rental price of Song Cau Industrial Cluster is from 9 to 11 billion VND/ha, which is suitable for small and medium enterprises. Khanh Hoa Salanganes'Nest Company has launched a number of policies to create maximum conditions for investors llike reduction on land rental prices for secondary investors to rent infrastructure with an area of from 2 to 5 hectares, payment of land rent associated with infrastructure according to the 18-month schedule divided into 5 times; free management, operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure within 2 years...
