The September CPI increased by 2.35%. Specifically, personal goods increased by 3.58%; personal services increased by 11.39%; food services rose by 2.88%; education increased by 2.3%; traffic grew by 2.24%; household equipment and appliances increased by 2.21%; housing, electricity, water, fuel and construction materials increased by 2.05%; apparel, hats and footwear rose by 1.45%; culture, entertainment and tourism increased by 1.25%. CPI of medicines, and medical services; post and telecommunications remained stable.
