Currently, the area planted with green skin grapefruits in Khanh Vinh district is about 600 ha, with an average yield of about 8 tons/ha. Each year, the locality supplies about 2,400 tons of fresh green-skin grapefruits to the market. Luong Nguyen Nhat Truong - Head of Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Khanh Vinh district said that, after being granted a certificate of registration of the collective trademark "Khanh Vinh green-skin grapefruit", from 2019 to now, green-skin grapefruits increased in both planted area and productivity, well-known in domestic and foreign markets. Sale and promotion are also much more convenient. Since then, it has created motivation for households to switch from the traditional farming model to VietGAP to improve the quality and be granted the right to use the collective trademark "Khanh Vinh green-skin grapefruit". Up to now, the district has about 141ha of pomelos cultivated in the direction of VietGAP in the communes: Khanh Phu, Khanh Dong, Khanh Hiep... have been granted the right to use the collective trademark of Khanh Vinh green-skin grapefruits.

In order to maintain the brand name "Khanh Vinh green skin grapefruit", over the past time, the district has implemented many solutions, such as promoting the brand promotion, developing the market and introducing affiliate businesses to participate in the chain of production links; supporting cooperatives and cooperative groups in the area in maintaining VietGAP certification... From there, there are enough facilities to connect and orient the export of green skin grapefruits.

Agriculture in Khanh Vinh district widely deploys management activities and grants rights to use trademarks, propaganda activities, and promotes the brand identity of the product "Khanh Vinh green skin grapefruit" to improve management efficiency, exploiting and developing the collective brand "Khanh Vinh green-skin grapefruit" and having activities to promote the research, investment and development of value-added products processed from green-skin grapefruits grown in Khanh Vinh.
