Promptly finishing project
The cluster of power projects to release capacity of Van Phong 1 BOT Thermal Power Plant includes: Van Phong 500kV transformer station and connection, and 500kV Van Phong - Vinh Tan transmission line. These are national key power transmission projects, invested and built in order to promptly release capacity for Van Phong 1 BOT Thermal Power Plant and renewable energy plants in the province and the neighboring areas, contributing to ensuring electricity supply for the South Central region and the South. In which, Khanh Hoa Power Transmission is in charge of construction supervision, acceptance of construction and installation volumes in the province with a 500kV transformer station with a capacity of 1,800MVA, 26km of four-circuit 220kV transmission line and 89km of 500kV Van Phong - Vinh Tan two-circuit transmission line, and 3 expansion compartments at Van Phong 220kV substation.
Ho Van Huong - Director of Khanh Hoa Power Transmission said that there is only more than 1 month left for power projects in Van Phong to be completed. Therefore, the staff of Khanh Hoa Power Transmission have to work hardest with 10 construction units on construction sites. The cluster of power projects to release capacity of Van Phong 1 BOT Thermal Power Plant has a very large and complex scale. Therefore, the inspection, supervision and acceptance are very strict. Each individual always has to work hard and focus on the job. At the construction site of Van Phong 500kV substation, Khanh Hoa Power Transmission always ensures the most elite number of employees and engineers are present at the site, performing inspection and supervision with construction units and the testing unit to adjust to promptly detect errors, handle the equipment to ensure the best quality and specifications when the works are tested and put into use.

Project to be put into operation on schedule
It is known that at present, although Khanh Hoa Power Transmission has a total of 96 employees, it has to undertake a huge amount of work. On the one hand, the unit has just ensured the task of managing the safe and continuous operation of the current transmission grid, supplying power for Khanh Hoa and linking the region with the surrounding areas, on the other hand, the unit get jobs at Van Phong power projects.
Khanh Hoa Power Transmission has flexibly arranged labor, arranged time and appropriate means. The unit has also quickly applied technology to effectively support field work, such as zalo application for remote monitoring via images when needed; using remote control drones in supporting the acceptance of overhead items, the safety corridor of the power grid, etc.
Ho Van Huong said, in parallel with the coordination of supervision and acceptance with construction units to ensure the progress of the projects, Khanh Hoa Power Transmission has also prepared human resource plans as well as material resources to take over the operation management of the project cluster right after energizing and putting it into operation. The cluster of projects to release capacity of Van Phong 1 BOT Thermal Power Plant is near completion, Khanh Hoa Power Transmission employees will continue to work hard with the highest spirit together with the construction units to complete the assigned work soon, putting the works into operation with quality assurance and on schedule.
