It can be mentioned that farmer Le Quang Toan (Van Tho commune, Van Ninh district) has an annual revenue of VND 6-9 billion from 15 hectares of whiteleg shrimp farming on canvas. Farmer Bui Son Hong (Cam Hai Tay commune, Cam Lam district) with a business model of hotel services, garden ecology combined with selling products from mango..., earning more than 1.8 billion VND/year, solving stable jobs for many workers. Or farmer Le Van Nhan (in Dien Dien commune, Dien Khanh district) has a revenue of more than 4 billion VND/year from planting rice, Hoa Loc mango intercropping with papaya, chili, freshwater fish farming and 12 plows and harvesters...

In 2022, at the National Conference of Good Farmers and Business Farmers, Khanh Hoa had farmer Phan Kien Nghia (Ninh Binh commune, Ninh Hoa town) who was awarded a certificate of merit by the Prime Minister. 4 farmers were awarded certificates of merit by the Central Vietnam Farmers' Association, including: Pham Thi Thuan (Van Phu commune, Van Ninh district), Le Minh Quyen (Vinh Nguyen Ward, Nha Trang City), Ho Tan Cuong (Cam Thanh Nam Commune, Cam Ranh City) and Cao Nham (Khanh Thanh Commune, Khanh Vinh District). These are farmers who have got rich from the integrated farm model, seafood production and business, aquaculture, agricultural production combined with services and the model of fruit tree farming, combined cow husbandry and agricultural services. The models have an income of 1.2 to 2 billion VND/year, creating jobs for many workers and helping many other households escape poverty. In 2023, farmer Phan Kien Nghia was selected as one of the five outstanding and typical examples of the province to participate in the National Conference to honor and honor outstanding examples.

Not only taking care of the family economy, good farmers have also contributed a lot of effort to the village where they live and develop together. Billions of VND have been contributed, and tens of thousands of labor days have been joined by good farmers.

For associations at all levels, the building of a new and effective economic model in line with the trend of agricultural development is a channel to gather and unite farmers to emulate good production. For example, in Ninh Hoa town, there is a model of mushroom growing with high technology application in the direction of VietGAP in Ninh Hung commune; beef fattening model in Ninh Tho commune; abalone mushroom snack production of farmer Nguyen Huu Loc, Ninh Diem ward; spraying model by drone in communes: Ninh Sim, Ninh Thuong, Ninh Dong; chives production in Ninh Dong commune; growing green-skinned pomelo in communes: Ninh Sim, Ninh Xuan, Ninh Trung, Ninh Son...

The common point of the above models is to bring higher economic efficiency than before for the participating households, thereby helping them step by step out of poverty, many households getting rich.

According to Ha Hong Hanh - Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, in the coming period, the Farmers' Associations at all levels will continue to focus on mobilizing farmers to convert crops, build large-scale production areas, apply science techniques, quality assurance, food hygiene and safety standards, building labels and brands to increase the competitiveness of domestic and foreign agricultural products. In addition, developing economic models associated with cooperation, linking production along the value chain, models of organic, ecological, high-tech agriculture, production associated with exploitation and use of natural resources. , environment in a sustainable way..., taking good farmers in production and business as the core of science and technology transfer.

In the period 2018 - 2023, on average, the whole province has nearly 65,000 farming households achieving the title of good production and business farmers each year. Associations at all levels have mobilized officials, members and farmers to help 31,000 workers get regular jobs; helping more than 4,500 poor and near-poor households with plant varieties, livestock, 4,500 tons of fertilizer, 55,000 working days... with a total value of more than 16 billion VND. As a result, it has created conditions for more than 1,100 member households and farmers to escape poverty, many households have a stable life and step by step get rich.
