Khanh Hoa Agriculturual Product Fair 2023: Bright picture of local agriculture

On the evening of July 28, Khanh Hoa Agriculturual Product Fair 2023 at Yen Phi Park, Nha Trang became more exciting than usual. On the stage of the market, farmers from 8 districts, towns, and cities in colorful clothes joined a contest of introducing local typical agricultural products.

On the stage, the farmers performed items featuring their local farming and their spiritual life.

Each locality introduced at least 3 agricultural products. Many specialities and OCOP products were presented. For example, Van Ninh farmers introduced their products of forest and sea, those were agarwood products, aquaculture fish, dried fish cake, etc. They also told people how to make, process and sell the products to the market.

Ninh Hoa farmers lead people to the vast, golden rice fields before the harvest. They also introduced Ninh Da coconut, Ninh Giang chrysanthemum flower, Ngoc Quang rice and local chicken, fresh green grape seaweed, etc. Cam Lam farmers performed about the appearance, development and change of mangoes, mango varieties and local mango products.

Farmers in Cam Ranh introduced Binh Ba lobsters, Thuy Trieu cockles, Tra Long oysters, Cam Thanh Nam jujubees, etc.

Dien Khanh performed an item about their bumper rice crop and their GAP vegetable with with the motto of clean production, safety and quality.

Finally, farmers in Nha Trang completed the fresh picture of Khanh Hoa agriculture with delicious fish sauce and fresh seafood, which is highly appreciated by domestic and foreign diners. And of course, it is indispensable for the quintessential bird's nest product, a product that nature favors exclusively for this land.

The fair was an opportunity for officials, members and farmers to exchange experiences, exchange and promote typical agricultural products of their locality about origin, food safety and hygiene to consumers, domestic and foreign tourists.

Khanh Hoa Farm Product Fair 2023, from July 27 to 30, had 100 boosts displaying, and selling farm, forest and fishery products, including about 30 OCOP products like durian, grapefruit, mango, jackfruit, banana, pineapple, coconut, clean vegetable, mushroom, garlic, rice, fish cake, agarwood, bird's nest... In addition, there are products of traditional craft villages and typical cuisine of Khanh Hoa. The fair also introduces and supplies biotechnology products, fine art goods, ornamental creatures, agricultural materials...
