According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Statistics Office, in June 2024, the labor force in industrial enterprises increased by 1.35% compared the same period last year. Specifically, the labor in the fields of production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam, and air conditioning increased by 4.51%; processing and manufacturing grew by 1.23%; water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment increased by 0.52%; mining decreased by 0.53%.

In the first 6 months of the year, the labor in industrial enterprise increased by 1.33% in comparison to the corresponding period last year, including 2.27% increase in state-owned enterprises; 4.76% increase in foreign-invested enterprises; and 1.33% decrease in non-state enterprises. Specifically, processing and manufacturing increased by 1.18%; production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam, and air conditioning rose by 5.21%; water supply, waste and wastewater management and treatment increased by 0.54%; mining dropped by 1.14%.
