100% of the area to filled soon
During the past time, Song Cau Industrial Cluster has welcomed 26 domestic and foreign investors to survey and explore investment opportunities. The most interested sectors include agricultural and forestry products, food, seafood, logistics, mechanics, pharmaceuticals, animal feed, machinery and equipment assembly industry, garment, electric vehicle manufacturing and plastic recycling... In 2024, Song Cau Industrial Cluster signed land lease contracts with 5 secondary investors with a total leased land area of 15.7 hectares, increasing the total leased land area to 22.2 hectares among total area of 27.9 hectares.

In the first quarter of 2025, Song Cau Industrial Cluster continued to attract 6 more investors to survey. Of which, one investor signed a land lease contract with an area of about 2.5 hectares, increasing the occupancy rate of the cluster to 90%. With this positive development momentum, Song Cau Industrial Cluster aims to fill 100% of the leased area in the second quarter of this year. Of the 6 new land-leasing enterprises, 3 have been granted investment registration certificates and construction permits and have started construction by the end of 2024, and will officially operate in the second and third quarters of 2025. 2 of the remaining 3 enterprises are carrying out procedures to contribute foreign capital to implement the project, and will start construction in 2025. When all 6 projects are completed and put into operation, they will create jobs for more than 6,500 workers, contributing to improving people's living and promoting sustainable development of the locality. Pham Thanh Phong - Director of Song Cau Industrial Cluster Management Board said that in recent times, the industrial park Management Board has made efforts to attract investment and always created maximum conditions for secondary investors, such as many preferential policies on corporate income tax; exemption and reduction of land use fees, land rent, land use tax; rental price support for small and medium enterprises; support the application of advanced technology transfer machinery and equipment in rural industrial and handicraft production. With synchronous, modern, environmentally friendly infrastructure, ensuring security and order, preferential policies, attractive investment support, available and abundant local labor resources, Song Cau Industrial Cluster will be an ideal investment environment for secondary investors.
Expanding Song Cau Industrial Park
In 2025, Song Cau Industrial Park will continue to focus on promoting the image of the cluster, making efforts to attract investment to fill 100% of the area. In addition, the Management Board will also support and create the most favorable conditions for secondary investors to build projects, and soon put factories into operation; continue to invest in the construction and completion of infrastructure works providing logistics services such as: gas stations, multi-purpose halls, product display showrooms and convenience stores to improve infrastructure and service quality for investors. The Management Board is committed to strictly implementing regulations on environmental protection, building a green and clean industrial cluster.

Trinh Thi Hong Van - Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company said that in order to meet the needs of expanding production, attracting investment, creating momentum for socio-economic development, in line with the industrial development planning orientation of Khanh Vinh district, the company has proposed the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the policy of expanding Phase 2 of Song Cau Industrial Cluster with an area of about 35 hectares. Currently, the company has carried out the necessary procedures to apply for the expansion of Song Cau Industrial Park Phase 2. Thereby, it aims to take advantage of its geographical location and traffic infrastructure to attract more investment enterprises. This is also one of the items to help the company achieve double-digit growth next year. Nguyen Sanh Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade affirmed: "The proposal to expand Song Cau Industrial Cluster is extremely necessary, because the area of phase 1 of the industrial park is currently full; meanwhile, the number of investors with the need to implement projects in this area continues to increase. Recently, the Department has received a directive from the Provincial People's Committee assigning the Department of Industry and Trade to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Finance, Khanh Vinh District People's Committee and relevant agencies to inspect and handle the request of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company. The Department of Industry and Trade has requested relevant agencies to study and give opinions on this issue. After receiving opinions from relevant departments and branches, the Department of Industry and Trade will report and consult the Provincial People's Committee to facilitate Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company to soon have enough legal basis to implement the construction of phase 2 of Song Cau Industrial Cluster, contributing to promoting the industrial development of the province".
Song Cau Industrial Cluster, invested by Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company as the infrastructure project investor, was inaugurated and put into operation in 2020 with a scale of 40.36 hectares. Of which, the leased land area is nearly 28 hectares, divided into 27 lots with many accompanying utilities such as gas station, warehouse, water supply station, centralized wastewater treatment area, canteen, multi-purpose hall, executive office, product display showroom and store. The design of the industrial cluster aims to be environmentally friendly, with more than 4 hectares of land for flower gardens and tree planting; the remaining area is used to build a water supply system, wastewater treatment, power station, roads and warehouse.
