Khanh Son increasing the rate of public investment disbursement

In 2025, Khanh Son district was allocated more than 450 billion VND of public investment capital, but up to now, the rate of public investment disbursement was still low. The district is focusing on reviewing and removing difficulties to speed up the progress of projects and works, striving to increase the rate of public investment disbursement to 50% by May 31.

According to the report of Khanh Son District People's Committee, in 2025, the district was allocated more than 450 billion VND of public investment capital; of which, the central budget supported nearly 77.8 billion VND, the provincial budget more than 328 billion VND, and the local budget more than 43.8 billion VND.

Dinh Van Dung - Chairman of Khanh Son District People's Committee said that the district set a target of achieving a 50% disbursement rate of public investment capital by May 31. To achieve the set target, the District People's Committee will focus on directing investors to promptly complete documents and submit plans to select contractors according to their authority; at the same time, thoroughly handle the problems of each project, speed up the handover of construction sites, especially of large projects under the national target program.

In addition, the District People's Committee will also strengthens inspection and urges investors to coordinate with contractors to establish detailed progress for each project, strictly complying with the monthly and quarterly public investment disbursement plan. At the same time, contractors are required to have a written commitment to progress for each project item, as a basis for inspection, supervision and strict handling of any violations of progress or quality.
