Long-term orientations
To maintain growth rate and overcome trade barriers, the Department of Industry and Trade has proactively implemented many solutions to directly support enterprises. One of the top priorities is to quickly resolve procedures for granting certificates of origin, helping enterprises effectively take advantage of signed Free Trade Agreements. The province also regularly provides information to invite businesses to attend meetings with the Foreign Trade Office system organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and proactively updates and deploys information on the market situation and new regulations and policies for goods exported to other countries. In particular, the province has sent a document to the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the production and export situation of businesses in the context of the United States applying a 20% reciprocal tax rate.
Trade promotion activities were promoted towards market diversification through inviting businesses to participate in trade delegations abroad... In addition, the province also supported places to display and sell OCOP products in Nha Trang ward, promoting the consumption of products certified with OCOP of 3 stars or higher.
