Khanh Hoa’s industrial production index in October estimated to increase by 14.07%

According to Khanh Hoa Department of Industry and Trade, the province's industrial production index has been estimated to increase by 14.07% in October and by 6.32% for the first 10 months of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. This growth has been seen in mining industry (11.38%); processing and manufacturing industry (9.18%); electricity, gas, hot water, steam, and air conditioning production and supply (3.15%); water supply and waste/wastewater treatment (4.45%).

Some processing and manufacturing industries saw increase in industrial production index over  10 months compared to the previous year include processing and preserving seafood and related products (8.75%); textiles (32.19%); manufacturing of other transport equipment (11.77%); tobacco product manufacturing (4.49%); production of non-alcoholic beverages and mineral water (0.34%); sugar production (9.36%); production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds (sixfold); and manufacturing of rubber and plastic products (3.7 times).
