Contract of land lease at Ninh Thuy Industrial Park signed

Hoan Cau Van Phong Joint Stock Company in association with the management board of Khanh Hoa Economic and Industrial Zone held a ceremony to sign a contract of land lease at Ninh Thuy Industrial Park (Dong Ninh Hoa Ward) with Miboo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. on November 19.

Accordingly, Hoan Cau Van Phong Joint Stock Company (the investor of Ninh Thuy Industrial Park) will lease 2 land lots to Miboo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. for 20 years from the signing date to develop Miboo International Shipbuilding project, which specializes in manufacturing structural components for shipbuilding industry, initially for Hyundai Vietnam factory. The project is expected to use 12 hectares of land to build 3 assembly and processing workshops, 3 painting workshops and a warehouse for imported materials.

Ninh Thuy Industrial Park has attracted 30 investment projects so far. Among them, Miboo Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-owned business.
