To ensure effective operations, leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade requested the investor to urgently implement the project in compliance with approved plans and regulatory documentation; ensure progress, quality, safety, and investment efficiency; fully comply with legal regulations;  build a fully integrated technical infrastructure network; build a green, clean, safe, and sustainable industrial cluster; restrict projects with environmental risks or out-of-date technologies.

In addition, the Department of Industry and Trade required the investor to proactively develop plans to attract capable businesses and production facilities with appropriate technology that generate added value and jobs. Priority should be given to sectors aligned with Bac Ai's competitive advantages, effectively integrating industrial manufacturing with local agriculture, forestry, and regional value chains.
