Sunset Villas, covering an area of 13,000 sq.m. comprises 15 two-floor villas. Each villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 living rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 swimming pool. The new area is located in MerPerle Hon Tam Resort and Merperle Sparkling Waves. Also on this occasion, MerPerle Hon Tam Resort has opened a 200-seat restaurant named Seabreeze.
