Khanh Hoa Province on February 27 delivered 1,000 recruits to the army. This was the first recruitment in 2013. The new soldiers were recruited from Nha Trang, Ninh Hoa and Khanh Vinh.
In comparison with 2012, the recruitment’s quality has been improved in both health and education. Over 50% of the recruits are qualified for the first and second type in health. 13% of them have graduated from colleges and universities.
