Present at the ceremony were Le Thanh Quang, Central Party Committee Member, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Head of the national assembly delegation of Khanh Hoa Province; Nguyen Chien Thang, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee; former leaders of Khanh Hoa Province over periods; members of provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee; evolutionary veterans, Vietnamese heroic mothers, Heroes of the people's armed forces; leaders of local agencies, departments and organizations, etc.

At the ceremony, Le Thanh Quang made a speech to review the glorious history of the Party and Vietnam’s revolutionary over 85 years and expressed the respect, remembrance and gratitude towards President Ho Chi Minh, resilient communist soldiers, outstanding leaders of the Party and people, heroes, revolutionary martyrs, comrades and compatriots who sacrificed their lives for the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

On this occasion, the provincial Party Committee Standing Committee presented the 65-year Party membership badges to 73 people; offered certificates of merit to four district Party Committees, 15 grassroots Party organizations and 10 senior revolutionary Party members.
