The 40th anniversary of Khanh Hoa’s Liberation Day was solemnly celebrated at the provincial Convention Center on April 2. Attending the event were Ngo Van Du - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission; Le Thanh Quang - Central Party Committee Member, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mai Truc - Central Party Committee Member, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Inspection Commission; the provincial former leaders; members of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Committee, Standing People’s Council, People’s Committee, Khanh Hoa Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of Vietnamese heroic mothers, heroes of the People’s Armed Force; leaders of local departments, organization, localities and leaders of neighbor provinces.

At the ceremony, Nguyen Chien Thang, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee, delivered a speech celebrating the 40th anniversary of Khanh Hoa’s Liberation Day. Ngo Van Du also made a speech praising the achievements of Khanh Hoa Province after 40 years of liberation.
