On January 5, the High Command of the Navy Zone IV held a ceremony at Cam Ranh Military Port to see the ships off on its departure to the Spratly Islands. There were four ships carrying naval officers and soldiers to do mission on 21 islands of the Spratly Islands. This time, Tet gifts were also transported to present the soldiers and residents on the islands.
