Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism opened the 13th Public Art Festival at 2-4 Square on July 19.
The festival is joined by eight art groups from the localities in the province (Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, Ninh Hoa, Dien Khanh, Van Ninh, Cam Lam, Khanh Son, Khanh Vinh) and five ones from the military units, businesses and organizations (provincial Military Command, provincial Border Guard, Naval Region 4, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4, provincial Association of Veterans).
The opening night of the festival saw the performances of Khanh Vinh, Naval Region 4, Ninh Hoa and provincial Military Command.
