The mission to the Spratly Island led by Colonel Bui Dinh Duong, Deputy Brigadier of the Brigade 146 Navy Region 4, Chairman of Spratly District People's Committee, arrived on Sinh Ton Island on January 5. The mission took part in the flag-salute ceremony on New Year occasion and worked with leaders of Sinh Ton Island about implementing the plans and tasks in 2017; offered New Year gifts to the officials, soldiers, teachers and citizens on the island.
