The 2018 festival sees the performances of 13 public art groups from eight localities and units (High Command of Naval Region 4, Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Headquarters, provincial Border Guard Headquarters, provincial Association of Veterans, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 4).
The festival includes the singing and dancing items, short plays, instrumental solos and ensembles, Bài Chòi singing, etc.
The festival will end with a closing and awarding ceremony on July 21.
