The Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2019 ended with a ceremony taking place at the 2-4 Square (Nha Trang) in the evening of May 14. Present at the event were Le Duc Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Head of Organization Committee of Visit Vietnam Year 2019 and Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2019; members of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Provincial Permanent People’s Committee and People’s Council, and provincial Father Land Front Committee; leaders of the provincial departments and localities; representatives of the sponsors.
As said by Nguyen Dac Tai at the ceremony, the Sea Festival 2019 was successfully organized with nearly 60 cultural, art, sports, tourism, and economic activities, bringing locals and tourists a festive atmosphere.
An estimated 143,600 domestic and foreign tourists visited Nha Trang in four days of the festival. Most of the tourism businesses conformed to the service and price regulations.
The closing ceremony featured numerous impressive art and music items performed by famous singers of Vietnam such as My Linh, Phuong Anh, and Huyen Trang.
Also at the closing ceremony, the organization committee of the Sea Festival offered certificates of merit of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee to five sponsors. Vietnam Record Association – Vietkings announced ten records which were claimed during the Sea Festival 2019.
