The final night of Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 took place at the Crown Center (Nha Trang City) on December 7. Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council; and Nguyen Dac Tai, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, attended the event.

In the final night, top 15 candidates of the semi-final night took part in swimsuit portion to decide top ten beauties for the evening gown portion. The five finalists took part in question-and-answer portion. The three most excellent candidates enter the portion of interview.
Finally, Nguyen Tran Khanh Van from Ho Chi Minh City was announced Miss Universe Vietnam 2019. Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen from Can Tho City was the first runner-up; Pham Hong Thuy Van from Ho Chi Minh City was the second runner-up.
Besides, nine outstanding candidates were given extra prizes, such as most favorite beauty, miss friendly, miss talent, miss ao dai, miss sea, miss sports, and miss fashion.
Beauty Le Hoang Phuong of Khanh Hoa Province came in top ten candidates and was given miss sea title. Another candidate of Khanh Hoa, Nguyen Ngo Hoang Nhi was miss talent.
The final night also included the music performances of Vietnam’s singers Thu Minh and Trong Hieu.
