Present at the event were Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee; Chairman of Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Head of Provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization; teachers, and 180 students.

The ceremony was broadcast live on the channel of Khanh Hoa Radio – Television.

On the same morning, Dinh Van Thieu, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee attended the online opening ceremony in Khanh Son District.
