The festival is joined by more than 300 artists and actors of 11 Bai Choi delegations in and outside the province. The invited delegations include Quang Binh Province, Huong Thuy Town (Thua Thien Hue Province), Hoi An City (Quang Nam Province), Quang Nam Provincial Social Insurance, Binh Dinh Province, and Phu Yen Province.

Bai Choi delegations of Khanh Hoa taking part in the festival include the provincial Traditional Art Theater, the provincial Culture-Cinema Center, Nha Trang City Bai Choi Art Group, Ninh Hoa Town Ancient Bai Choi Club, and Region 5 Bai Choi Club.

At the ceremony, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee presented certificates of merit to six Bai Choi delegations from the central provinces; Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports offered certificates of merit to five delegations of the province.

After the opening ceremony, Khanh Hoa Provincial Traditional Art Theater, Quang Nam Provincial Social Insurance, Phu Yen Province, Huong Thuy Town, and Binh Dinh Province performed their repertoire.

May 2 evening will see the performances of the six remaining delegations. The closing ceremony will be organized after the performances.
