Present at the event were Nguyen Minh Vu, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ho Van Mung, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Nha Trang City Party Committee; Le Huu Hoang, Permanent Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa People's Committee; Ambassador of India to Vietnam Pranay Verma; Ambassador of Vietnam to India Nguyen Thanh Hai; Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City Madan Mohan Sethi.
Speaking at the program, Le Huu Hoang stated that the Namaste Vietnam Festival 2022 in general and the art program in particular would help to stimulate cultural exchange and tourism between India and Khanh Hoa Province and the provinces in the southern central region of Vietnam. This was also an activity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Vietnam-India diplomatic ties (January 7, 1972 – January 7, 2022).
The art program included the performances of the artists of India and Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe of Khanh Hoa. It also featured the attendance of actress Avika Gor, who played the female lead in the film Eight-Year-Old Bride.
