"Banh chung" Festival at Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang Hotel

Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang Hotel held "Banh Chung" (square sticky rice cake) Festival on January 15 morning to welcome Lunar New Year 2023. The hotel's staff and some of its guests participated in the festival.

Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang Hotel held "Banh Chung" (square sticky rice cake) Festival on January 15 morning to welcome Lunar New Year 2023. The hotel’s staff and some of its guests participated in the festival.

This is the 6th “Banh chung” festival of the hotel. This time, Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang Hotel makes around 500 “banh chung”. The hotel uses clean Iberico pork (Spain) to make the filling. The cook “banh chung” are packaged in vacuum sealed plastic bags for longer preservation. On January 16, the hotel will give “banh chung” to the guests who ordered or joined the festival. The hotel will also offer “banh chung” to some charity establishments.
