On March 12, Nha Trang City People's Committee held a ceremony to launch the month of sports activities for everyone and Olympic Running Day For Public Health 2023 – Cross-Country Championship 2023 at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang.

Over 6,000 people from units, localities and schools in the city attended the opening ceremony. The Cross-Country Championship 2023 was joined by over 100 male and female participants from 26 communes and wards in Nha Trang. The female athletes ran 2km between 2-4 Square and the T-junction with Nguyen Chanh Street; the male athletes ran 5km between 2-4 Square Le Loi Street.
Finally, the organization committee offered four sets of medals to the excellent individuals and teams.
The running event is a regular activity of Nha Trang City to respond to the month of sports activities for everyone. The 2023 event was sponsored by Khanh Hoa Mineral Water Joint Stock Company.
