The 2 friendly rounds namely Championship Pro-Am and Invitational Pro-Am of Vinpearl DIC Legends Vietnam 2023 took place at Vinpearl Golf Nha Trang on November 28 and 29.
On each day of competition, the world's legendary golfers and 72 Vietnamese amateur golfers were divided into 24 teams; each team had 1 legendary golfer and 3 amateur golfers playing 18 holes in Scramble stroke play format, with no handicap used in 1 round. The team with the lowest gross score was the winner.
As said by Miss Golf 2022 Le Thanh Tu, the participation of the golf legends strongly inspired Vietnamese golfers.
The main tournaments of Vinpearl DIC Legends Vietnam 2023 take place from November 30 to December 2. 60 legendary golfers and 30 amateur golfers are divided into 30 teams. 15 amateur golfers with the lowest gross scores compete for Best Amateur prize on December 2. The legendary golfers compete to decide the winner of Vinpearl DIC Legends Vietnam 2023.
