1,500 women in Ao Dai parade on streets by cyclos

On June 15 morning, Khanh Hoa Province Women's Union organized the program "Ao Dai in the coastal city of Nha Trang" in celebration of Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival 2024. Present at the event were Nguyen Khac Toan - Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Van Thieu - Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee; the ambassadors of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan in Vietnam and international guests.

Through periods of history, Ao Dai has always been a beautiful symbol of national culture and the pride of Vietnamese people, according to Nguyen Quynh Nga - chairwoman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Women's Union. The parade included 250 cyclos carrying 1,500 women, who were province’s leaders, officials, civil servants, workers, female soldiers, police forces, medical staff, teachers, students, and pupils along Tran Phu Street and ended at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City.
