Khanh Hoa Province’s 6th contest on cultural heritages 2024 took place recently at Cam Ranh City center for cultural and political activities. Leaders of some provincial departments, sectors and localities attended the contest. 24 official contestants and over 120 assistant contestants from 8 junior high schools in 8 localities over the province participated in the contest.

The contest included 4 sectors: introduction, answering questions about the world heritage sites in Vietnam, national historical and scenic sites in Khanh Hoa, the cultural heritage law, and provincial-level historical sites and landmarks and the category; performing traditional art forms; identifying heritage sites through images. There was also a sector of answering questions for the audience.

At the end of the contest, the organizing committee presented 1 first prizes, 3 second prizes and 4 third prizes to the teams. Besides, there were 2 sub-prizes for the team with excellent introduction and the team with excellent performance of traditional art forms.

Khanh Hoa Province’s contest on cultural heritages 2024 aimed to provide pupils with basic knowledge about cultural heritages and foster their pride in Vietnam's cultural characteristics; promote the pupils’ awareness of protecting cultural heritages; and cultivate appropriate visitor behavior at historical and scenic sites.
