Tet 2025 human chess competition kicks off

The Tet 2025 human chess competition organized by Khanh Hoa Provincial Center of Culture and Cinema kicked off at 2-4 Square, Nha Trang City on January 31 (lunar January 3). 

The qualifying round of the competition was played by more than 40 outstanding players over the province on January 18 and 19. The best four players namely Luu Minh Hiep, Than Duc Cong, Le Thanh Cong and Do Ngoc Thanh qualified for the semi-finals played at 2-4 Square.

The first semi-final competition was played by Luu Minh Hiep and Than Duc Cong and ended with the win for Than Duc Cong.

The second semi-final competition between Le Thanh Cong and Do Ngoc Thanh takes place at around 3:30pm on February 1. The final match takes place on February 2.
