Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee organized an international cultural exchange program at April 2 Square (Nha Trang City) on June 8 night. Present at the program were Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee; Le Huu Hoang, Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Standing Party Committee, Standing Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee; Dinh Van Thieu – Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Hoa Nam – Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; international guests; leaders of some provincial departments and localities in Khanh Hoa Province.

This was the second night program of the 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival. The program was broadcast live on Khanh Hoa Newspaper's KTV channel and live-streamed on baokhanhhoa.vn, Khanh Hoa Newspaper's Facebook fanpages (Báo Khánh Hòa, Truyền hình Khánh Hòa and KTV - Kết nối và Phát triển).

Within 120 minutes, the international cultural exchange program featured the performances of Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe, Ninh Thuan Provincial Culture and Arts Center, Ulsan City’s art troupe (South Korea), Lorient City’s art troupe (France), and Miss Sea Island Vietnam 2025 beauties.
