Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee holds the opening ceremony of the 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival and "Nha Trang Say Hi" concert at April 2 Square on June 7 night.

Present at the opening ceremony were Nghiem Xuan Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duc Thanh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tan Tuan - Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial People’s Committee; Tran Thu Mai - Member of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairperson of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Provincial Party Agencies; leaders of some central ministries, departments and branches; leaders of provinces and cities in the country; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; leaders of some central ministries, departments and sectors; leaders of provinces and cities nationwide; members of the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; international guests; representatives of departments, localities, businesses in Khanh Hoa Province, etc.

The program was broadcast live on Khanh Hoa Newspaper's KTV channel, simulcast on over 20 television stations nationwide and livestreamed on Khanh Hoa Newspaper's social media sites.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dinh Van Thieu – Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee stated that the 2025 Culture and Sea Tourism Festival is an opportunity to honor the beauty of the national sea and islands; promote local cultural values, connect people domestically and internationally; promote sustainable tourism development, and build the brand of Khanh Hoa Province.

"Nha Trang Say Hi" concert features the performances of singers from “Anh trai say Hi” program, such as Duc Phuc, Issac, Anh Tu, Pham Anh Duy, Vu Thinh and other popular singers namely Ly Ly; Khanh Chi; Satila Hong Vinh; Pham Anh Khoa; FB Boiz band; DJ Tina, etc. Besides, the concert is also joined by nearly 300 artists, actors from art troupes; students and pupils from universities and schools in Nha Trang City.
