At the buffet, guests would enjoy a sumptuous buffet with over 30 delicious selected dishes. The buffet starts from appetizer line with grilled beef in guise leaves, shrimp rolls in peanut sauce, cocktail shrimp, fried meat potatoes, fried breaded chicken cartilage… Salad and vegetable line is not only good for your health but also necessary when you eat too much greasy foods. At Chef bar, hotel Chef would serve you hot local specialties like crispy pancakes, mixed fried noodles, “Quảng” noodles, etc. Especially, main course buffet line with undeniable dishes such as grilled chicken leg with five spices, roasted duck, fried fish fillet with ginger sauce, cooking mixed Rib flank, beef rattles ... would satisfy all guests’ tastes for sure.
The buffet will start at 18:30, on Friday, September 2, 2016. Price is VND388,000/adult (Children 6-12 years old: 50%; children under 6: free), including one unit of beer, soft drink or mineral water per pax. On September 1 and 3, 2016, StarCity Nha Trang Hotel also serves weekly BBQ Buffet on every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as usual.
