A spectacular floating floral lanterned night was held at Champa Island Nha Trang on May 15 on the occasion of the Ponagar Festival (on 20th – 23rd of the 3rd lunar month).
Champa Island Nha Trang prepared a giant floral lantern, 3.5m in diameter, and 500 floral lanterns for guests to take and put into water along Nha Trang Cai River.

A large number of visitors came to Champa Island Nha Trang to enjoy the festive moments. After a buffet, they wrote wishes and blessings for all their beloved people on floral lanterns.
The lanterned night also included a traditional musical show, and a performance of Ao dai, a traditional costume for Vietnamese women.
