Specifically, in 2020, the hospital launched on-demand medical care services, reducing waiting time. In 2022, the hospital used laser vision correction procedures, conducted Phaco cataract surgery and Lasik eye surgeries. In addition, the hospital is equipped with many modern facilities such as Carl Zeiss (Germany); Femtosecond Lasik and ReLEx SMILE, Pentacam HR (Germany), Alcon Centurion Silver surgery machine (U.S.A) and AMO’s White StaR Signature Pro surgery system, etc.

Together with investment in equipment, Nha Trang Eye Saigon Hospital is frequently updated with digital applications in health examination through such apps as VssID; web sites, fanpages, google…helping save time and improve efficiency. In 2023, the hospital has utilized HIS management app. The hospital has constantly improved customer care services towards patient satisfaction.
