More than 290,000 students at 529 schools in Khanh Hoa Province together with millions of students nationwide entered the new school year 2023-2024 on September 5.
To prepare for the new school year, the provincial education sector has invested in teaching facilities with a total estimated cost of more than VND701 billion. 37 preschools, 56 primary schools, 21 junior high schools and 11 senior high schools have been renovated and upgraded.

According to the Department of Education and Training, currently, the province has 529 schools, including 204 preschools, 166 primary schools, 121 junior high schools, 34 senior high schools, 2 regular education and vocational training centers at district and provincial levels with more than 22,100 educational staff.
The key tasks in the 2023 - 2024 school year include improving teaching and managing staff meeting education and training innovation requirements; increasing resources for education; effectively implementing preschool education, general education, and regular education curricula; continuing promoting digital transformation in education and training, etc.
