Many conveniences on digital citizen app

Released for only 1 month, the Khanh Hoa digital citizen app has been praised and downloaded by many users due to its various conveniences.

On October 10, in response to National Digital Transformation Day 2023 organized by Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, the leader of the Department of Information and Communications introduced and put Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen app into operation. This is one of the province's digital transformation tasks 2023.

According to Pham Duy Loc, Director of the Department of Information and Communications, Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen app clearly demonstrates the goal of taking citizens as the center of digital transformation, providing services and utilities to serve the essential needs of citizens in the digital environment, facilitating communication between residents and the government.

The app has been integrated with the e-identification app (VNeID) as well as propaganda for State policies and regulations. Also on this app, residents can perform public services online, find administrative procedures and send feedback or recommendations to the government.

Although in the initial stage of development, the Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen app provides users with many utilities, including giving users’ access to essential information about travel by air, rail and road; bus routes; ATM locations and so on.

Clicking the “Public Services”, you can easily find administrative procedures; results of administrative procedures and related statistics; in the column "Planning", users will find planning maps; planning information; socio-economic development planning of the province; transportation planning and construction planning. Besides, others include payment for public services; investment; information for work, tourism, environment, transportation, health care and education.

Besides, the app is also connected with other websites and apps such as Khanh Hoa Provincial Portal; local fanpage, e-bill search, personal income tax, Mobile Money Foxpay, Momo, ZaloPay and search for information related to social insurance. Besides, there are News and Hotlines with emergency telephone numbers.

Personal information protection on the app is guaranteed. Currently, Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen application has been downloaded to many users’ phones for use.

In the coming time, the province's authorities will continue updating and adding features to bring users more convenience in terms of information and public services provided by local authorities. Currently, the Khanh Hoa Digital Citizen app is available on iOS and Android app stores.
