Meeting on green transformation project plan

Tran Hoa Nam, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with the delegation of VINUNI University on the plan to build a green transformation and green growth project in Khanh Hoa Province for the period of 2024 -2030.

Leading experts are expected to provide advice for the project in such fields as architectural strategy, green tourism, green industry, green agriculture, green urban infrastructures, green transportation, green brand and so on.

According to the plan, the province will develop a draft project in March; the next steps for approval will be taken from March to June. Representatives of VINUNI University basically agreed with the Provincial People's Committee’s plan content but proposed extending the project schedule to ensure more thorough preparation.

Concluding the meeting, Tran Hoa Nam proposed that VINUNI University would continue to implement the next steps in the plan to build the green transformation project; and proactively coordinate with relevant units to perform required tasks. The Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee agreed with the schedule extension proposal to ensure appropriate duration.
