The Vice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Zhejiang Province highlighted the traditional friendship between the two Parties and two countries of Vietnam and China, developed and nurtured by President Ho Chi Minh, President Mao Zedong and generations of leaders of the two countries; and confirmed that Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s historic visit to China following the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in late 2022 and the recent visit of Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party, President of the People's Republic of China had contributed to strengthening the relation between the two parties and two countries to the new development stage, more effective and sustainable.
