Scientific conference “Prosperous and happy seaside city of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa"

Nha Trang City the People's Committee jointly with the Institute of Economics, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and Khanh Hoa Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations organized a scientific conference themed "Prosperous and happy seaside city of Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa” on March 18.

Present at the event were Nguyen Hai Ninh, Central Party Committee Member, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Assoc. Prof., PhD. Le Hai Binh, Alternate member of the Central Party Committee; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Ho Van Mung, Alternate member of the Central Party Committee, Secretary of Nha Trang City Party Committee, Head of the Conference Steering Board together with leaders of departments and agencies; experts and scientists.

This was the last of the three important conferences to mark Nha Trang City’s 100th anniversary of construction and development (1924 - 2024) and 15 years of Nha Trang recognized as a class I municipality under Khanh Hoa Province (2009 - 2024). 

There were 18 presentations by leading domestic and foreign experts and scientists in the fields of economics, society, construction, planning and so on.

The conference aimed to collect information and results of scientific research and practical comments, assessments and proposals of scholars and experts about measures to turn Nha Trang City into a prosperous, beautiful, civilized and liveable place, contributing to promoting Nha Trang urban development in implementing the Resolution No. 09-NQ/TW dated January 28, 2022 by the Politburo on construction and development of Khanh Hoa Province to 2030, vision to 2045.
