Khanh Hoa leader pays working visit to Bangkok City and Chonburi Province, Thailand

Within the framework of a working visit to Thailand, on April 26, Khanh Hoa Provincial delegation led by Ha Quoc Tri, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province paid a working visit to Bangkok City, Thailand. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok City welcomed the delegation.

At the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Ha Quoc Tri gave an overview of provincial potentials, strengths and socio-economic development strategies. On behalf of Khanh Hoa leaders, Ha Quoc Tri respectfully invited Chadchart Sittipunt and delegates from Bangkok City to Khanh Hoa Province and attend the 2024 Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival expected to be held this June; and Bangkok businesses to showcase their products at this event.

The visit contributed to not only promoting cooperation and cultural exchange between the two localities but also strengthening the friendship between the two countries.

Earlier, on April 25, the delegation also had a meeting with leaders of Chonburi Province, Thailand. The two sides had specific exchanges on the potential, strengths and opportunities for cooperation, investment and tourism development between the two localities.

Thitilak Khampha, Deputy Governor of Chonburi Province showed her willingness to support Khanh Hoa Province in promoting the destination of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa to Thai travelers and hoped to organize a Famtrip from Chonburi Province to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa soon.
