Provincial People’s Committee Chairman welcomes Azerbaijani Ambassador to Vietnam

On June 13, Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee welcomed Shovgi Mehdizada, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam.

Shovgi Mehdizada gave Nguyen Tan Tuan a photo of President Ho Chi Minh on his visit to Baku capital.

Nguyen Tan Tuan expressed the hope that Shovgi Mehdizada would support the cooperation between the two sides in potential fields such as tourism, culture, investment and trade. 

He also hoped that the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Vietnam would support the promotion of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa destination via media channels and tourism promotion events in the two countries of Vietnam and Azerbaijan; introduce outstanding travel businesses of Azerbaijan and Khanh Hoa; promote people-to-people exchange, cultural exchange, sports exchange and study programs. Khanh Hoa Province also wishes to expand cooperation and be twinned with a locality of Azerbaijan.
