Promoting cultivation and development of medicinal plants

Khanh Hoa Medicinal Plants Association organized a program on connection and development with Khanh Hoa Medicinal Plants Association on August 10. Present at the event was Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee grants the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of Khanh Hoa Medicinal Plants’ Association.

Representatives reviewed the formation of the association; the orientations for the development of medicinal plants in Khanh Hoa and exchanged experience in the cultivation and processing of medicinal plants.

On this occasion, the association received the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of Khanh Hoa Medicinal Plants’ Association; introduced its Executive Board of 9 members and admitted 3 new ones.

Currently, the association has 55 members, playing the role of supporting small and medium enterprises in the field of planting, preserving and processing medicinal plants in Khanh Hoa, contributing to the preservation of precious natural heritage and sustainable development of the medicinal plant industry.
