Ambassador of Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam visits Khanh Hoa

Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee together with leaders of some local departments and agencies and Nha Trang City welcomed Shovgi Mehdizada, Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Vietnam on September 9.

Le Huu Hoang gave an overview of provincial socio-economic development; welcomed Shovgi Mehdizada to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa and Golden Kite Awards 2024; and expressed the hope that Shovgi Mehdizada would consider organizing international food stalls at the Sea Festival Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa 2025.

Shovgi Mehdizada emphasized that 2024 marks the 65th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Azerbaijan. Therefore, in the coming time, he hoped to promote tourism development cooperation between Khanh Hoa and Azerbaijan; specifically, opening a direct flight from the capital Baku to Khanh Hoa; and connecting businessmen in the culinary industry in Azerbaijan to Khanh Hoa to survey and seek cooperation opportunities.

Shovgi Mehdizada promised to participate in organizing food stalls and art performances at the Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2025.
