Chinese Navy's fleet calls at Khanh Hoa

Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee together with representatives of the Ministry of National Defense and the Head of the Naval Region 4 Command met with the commander of the Chinese Navy's fleet on September 6.

Khanh Hoa provincial leaders and representatives of functional agencies pose with the Chinese delegation.

Le Huu Hoang gave an overview of provincial potentials, strengths and socio-economic development strategies and cooperation programs between China and Khanh Hoa in recent years. He also expressed the hope to continue to strengthen cooperation in the fields of trade and tourism between Khanh Hoa Province and Chinese localities.

The delegation's representatives also congratulated Khanh Hoa Province on its achievements. The visit aimed to strengthen the cooperation and mutual understanding and trust between the two navies, contributing to promoting the Vietnam - China defense cooperation in the coming time.

During the visit to Khanh Hoa Province, the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy participated in sports and cultural exchange activities with officers and students of the Naval Academy; and Naval Region 4.
