Khanh Hoa University opens 2024-2028 academic year and celebrates Vietnamese Teachers' Day

On November 17, Khanh Hoa University held a ceremony to open the 2024-2028 academic year and celebrate Vietnamese Teachers' Day. Present at the event were Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; and Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee and Le Huu Hoang, Standing Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committe.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the university welcomes more than 1,000 students, bringing the total number of students to 3,600. Currently, the school has 17 majors, 27 university majors and 6 specialized art majors. The university was granted a certificate for meeting the quality assessment standards of educational institutions and 2 university training programs in 2024.

In the coming time, the university will strive to promote its enrollment, enhance scientific research, foreign affairs, administrative reform, digital transformation; improve facilities, and ensure teaching and learning conditions to gradually become a prestigious training institution nationwide.

On this occasion, authorized by the State President, Nghiem Xuan Thanh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; and Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee awarded the Third Class Labor Medal and presented congratulatory flowers to Van Ngoc Sen, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Board, former Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs.

Besides,, the Provincial People's Committee awarded the title of Excellent Labor Collective to 2 collectives and a certificate of merit to the university; the university awarded the valedictorian 2024. Many businesses offered scholarships worth nearly VND450 million in total to students.
